Random foodie post, scroll down for weddings
Thought I’d be a bit healthy today, so it was smoothie time. I came up with this recipe, because I wanted to get some oats in there with it. Be super careful drinking smoothie’s – they’re great and healthy with the fruit, but mashing the fruit makes all the sugar come out – like eating a couple of snickers bars… so be wise!
Just used an apple and a handfull of frozen berries, with natural (not greek) yoghurt, 39p muesli , and a touch of maple syrup, and I mean a touch!
Load up the blender, and I put in some Oat milk, but i guess cows milk works too!I found adding the Oats second helps alot.
